Steve brings to his clients over a decade of experience as a successful business broker, serving clients from Northern California to New Jersey and now the Virginia area. Steve’s experience includes work in mergers and acquisitions, finance, business development, and sales and account management. His skills in project management, negotiations, presentations, financial modeling, and valuation help his clients evaluate, or sell a business with confidence.
In Northern California, Steve founded and operated Intero Business Brokers, built out as part of a large full service real estate firm that would be purchased by Berkshire Hathaway, where he represented more than one hundred and fifty companies.
Steve is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) where he holds the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) (2019) and is serving on the Membership Engagement Committee. He currently lives in the Richmond, Virginia area with his wife.
