Addison joins ETWC as a Partner, bringing with him extensive experience from his role as Head of Client Services, North America, Canid Inc., a leading health technology software based in New York City.
Addison focuses on sell-side M&A transactions, specializing in founder-owned companies. His expertise helps business owners successfully navigate the complexities of exiting their businesses.
Addison’s entrepreneurial journey, including the successful sale of multiple businesses, has given him a unique perspective on M&A transactions. A graduate of the University of Victoria’s Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, with a major in Entrepreneurship, Addison is also working toward his CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) and M&AMI (Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary) designations.
