I am involved in the valuation, marketing, buyer qualification, negotiation, escrow and the post-sale processes. I believe it is vital to have the seller and buyer be informed during all phases of the transaction and have both parties feel they are in a win/win environment. I enjoy developing relationships and really getting to know the sellers business, believing that will achieve better results for the business owner and new owner as well. I have an affinity and passion for the restaurant industry having been raised around two family owned restaurants, an Oyster Bar and a golf course restaurant.
