Eric Payne

Mr. Payne has been a trusted advisor and business consultant to many hundreds of businesses for the past 25 years. Eric started his business brokerage career in 1997 with VR Business Brokers, a franchise network with over 80 offices. He also founded Venture Advocates, a regional mergers and acquisitions firm in Western Colorado, and Company Sellers, a national firm marketing companies from main street to the lower middle. Mr. Payne started Franchise Sellers in 2003 to provide business brokerage, valuation, and consulting services to single unit, multi-unit, and master franchise businesses nationwide. As to business valuation, Eric founded, grew and eventually sold Nationwide Valuations, now one of the largest business appraisal firms in the nation. He has provided ASA/CVA, USPAP compliant Business Valuations and Equipment Appraisals for The Small Business Administration, Banks, Lenders, CPAs, attorneys, consultants, and of course franchises.
