R. Troy Wolfe (Principal) is a graduate of The University of South Florida and a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. Troy joined American Business Brokers in 2006 with over 25 years of successful business ownership in various entities including retail, manufacturing and food service. He is the recipient of multiple top production awards from the Business Brokers of Florida Multi-List System (SWFL region) including the highest number of sold listings in 2019 & 2018, top dollar producer award in 2017 and "top five deal maker" awards annually from 2010- 2016. Qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Small Business Management, experience in negotiating complex business transactions, proven marketing skills and a focus on professionalism and integrity. He was previously licensed in commercial real estate and business brokerage in Pennsylvania
