Having built a thriving accounting firm that is 90% without his direct daily involvement, he now guides others to do the same—so they can scale, sell, or step back confidently. Adam helps his clients tackle two major hurdles: Closing the gaps needed to prepare for a successful sale and building systems that free up the owner and attract buyers.
