ince 2011, Mr. Jaramillo has specialized in retail commercial real estate properties in the Central Florida area. Mr. Jaramillo has worked with some of the top national and regional commercial real estate brokerages, leading to his becoming independent in order to provide more tailored services to his clients, not a one-size fits all approach. Among other deals, he has worked in a team handling high profile deals, including a $338 million Suez and Port Said Power Purchase Agreements in Egypt, and a $125 Million Power Generating Plant in the United States. Francisco has also worked in Corporate America, managing B2B major clients such as Microsoft, Standard Insurance, Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers, among others, for a fortune 200 company for years.
