Lilia is the Qualifying Broker for VR Mergers & Acquisitions in Boca Raton, Florida. She brings experience in financial services, medical valuations and sales, foreign exchange, international business development, and commercial real estate. After earning her MBA, she launched a career that led to senior management positions and consulting engagements in the real estate and financial markets. Lilia owned a full-service real estate company, successfully brokering transactions involving hotels, high-rises, land acquisitions and land development throughout South Florida. She was the founding partner of Globfex, a holding company that created a network of Financial Exchanges in foreign countries. She has expertise in allocating private and institutional capital in preparation for PPOs; preparing business plans, financial projections; customer service; and coordinating legal and financial issues. Currently Lilia specializes in sales of Medical related businesses and is the Industry Expert.
