I operate an M&A consulting and waste industry business broker practice specializing in the solid waste industry and I have a background and experience as an owner, operator, advisor and participant in the hazardous, nuclear and non-hazardous (MSW and C&D materials) waste industry. In my practice, I perform valuations and appraisals as well as "white paper" reports on many topics within the waste industry and it’s supporting transportation systems. I have worked in the waste industry since 1980 and have owned landfills TSDF sites and performed M&A services and advised on M&A projects for a wide range of public and private companies and clients. I have years of direct experience in specialty transportation projects, I have initiated and managed many “waste by rail” projects and transport systems that in many cases, the transport systems are critical to a project success.
