Rick Gardner

Rick Gardner is the Senior Partner & Managing Broker of International Business & Franchise Advisors. Rick is a Business & Commercial Real Estate Broker, In Florida and Ohio, holding the Certified Business Intermediary designation through, and teaching for, the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and is a member of the M&A Source organization. Rick began his career as a Financial Analyst with The Richard E. Jacobs Group (then the largest privately-held mall developer in the nation) in the late 1990s, and was most recently a Partner & Broker for Sunbelt Business Brokers. Prior to this, he was a Broker at Cushman & Wakefield, Director of CRE at Coldwell Banker, an investor, and taught for both an MBA and real estate program. He earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Akron in 1995. Rick served from 1987-1993 in both the U.S. Army and Army National Guard as an MOS 19D Recon Scout and was a 1989 Honor Graduate from the Army’s Primary Leadership Development Course.
