Jay is an experienced professional with over 20 years of M&A experience in real estate and private equity. He has successfully acquired, developed, and exited mixed-use developments across Central Florida.
Jay Co-Founded and advised early-stage companies named Bolder Industries, JobPaths, and Chatelet Manufacturing. He helped each company with raising capital and business planning. These companies are considered social enterprises, which is a passion for Jay.
Jay also advised and raised capital for the Gringos Locos restaurant group for two of their locations located in South Orlando and on campus at UCF. He successfully implemented a capital raising strategy and advised the company through the entire process.
Jay currently serves on the board of the ACG Orlando chapter and the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Central and Northern Florida chapter.
