Michael is the CEO/Founder of M Crow Enterprises, a group of companies including business brokerage, real estate, construction, insurance, and software/data. Previously, he built Rezy Property Group to $600+ million in AUM with subsidiaries in construction, management, and development. With over 10 years of experience in finance, venture investments, and real estate, Michael has worked with Price Waterhouse and Security Pacific Bank. As a principal and agent, he acquired and financed over $2 billion in SMB and CRE acquisitions and scaled growth companies with $500+ million in venture/private equity investments. He founded National Investment Managers, growing it from 4 employees and $200 million in AUM to 800 employees and $13 billion in AUM. Michael holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University and alumnus of Harvard Business School. He is also a CPA, licensed real estate broker, and member of several organizations.
