Active in Commercial Real Estate since 1975 and licensed in 1979. I come from a family of real estate professionals starting with my Grandfather who started Fokner Realty Company in Avondale, in 1910. My specialty is dealing with raw land tracts of all sizes. I handle all aspects, including site location, zoning, and development. I also enjoy the sale and purchase of investment properties, including retail, industrial and office properties. I oversee the management and leasing of several projects around Atlanta, including shopping centers, office buildings and industrial parks. I have personally founded, grown and sold many business's throughout the years. I am a 1995 graduate of Leadership Gwinnett and serve or have serve on the boards of many National and Local non profits. I love shooting and the Martial arts to relax, and currently hold the rank of 7th Dan in the Traditional art of Tang Soo Do.
