Brad Williams is the broker of the South Central Kentucky office for Murphy Business and Financial.He brings over 26 years experience in business ownership/management in the area’s of appraisal, construction, property management and real estate sales. This experience helps him to assist other small and middle market business owners to prepare their business for sale, through valuation, marketing, and exit planning.He is also here to help buyers to navigate the hurdles and assist in the search, financing, finding the right business to help achieve their goals of business ownership. In addition, Brad is a Certified Merger & Acquistion Professional, Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser and Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Kentucky. Graduate of Western Kentucky University, Gordon Ford College of Business with a B.S. in Financial Management.
