Erin O’Leary, M.B.A., is a life-long entrepreneur, Business Consultant and Business Broker who practically applies her business acumen and MBA to every business she helps. Erin serves on the Board for The Penn State University Smeal College of Business where she is regularly asked to be a guest lecturer and mentor. Erin has a deep appreciation for the sacrifice, hard work and dedication it takes to build and maintain a strong business. Erin has worked with dentists, engineering firms, a global amusement manufacturer, a Cape Cod boat yard, a SaaS company, a machining company and many other businesses where she has helped companies become more profitable. Erin worked closely on a large ($30B AUM), national merger and acquisition deal and subsequent client migration as well. Erin dedicates herself to creating smart, win-win transactions.
