Jeffrey Starfield

Before becoming a business broker, Jeff Starfield was an entrepreneur and professional consultant with experience in companies both large and small. He worked as a business consultant with M.C. Geffen and Associates in Cape Town, South Africa and then in Boston, MA with C.W. Downer & Co. (now Alantra), an independent, global mid-market M&A boutique firm. Mr. Starfield has continued his consulting work with Community Action Partners, a volunteer organization of Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School alumni helping Boston-area nonprofits apply management skills to their business challenges. His CAP projects have included the USS Constitution Museum, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, The Food Project and the Peabody Essex Museum.
