Brent is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a Mergers and Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI), both formal designations earned through IBBA and M&A Source. In addition, he holds a Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP) from Knennesaw State University in Georgia; and he is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), from the Exit Planning Institute. Brent was named 2021 CBI of the Year at the 2022 IBBA Conference in Denver. In addition, he earned the IBBA 2021 Platinum Chairman’s Circle Award and was named to the M&A Source Platinum Club for the third year in a row.
