After more than 20 years as a successful industrial manufacturing executive, Shaawn joined Dickson Commercial Group as a Business Broker. Throughout his career as a manufacturing executive, Shaawn was intimately involved in and lead numerous M&A transactions, as both buyer and seller. After selling his company, Globe Turbocharger Specialties, Inc., he went to work for a publicly traded company, managing their operations for the Americas. Following his departure from manufacturing, Shaawn recognized an opportunity to become a business broker and provide buyers and sellers the unique perspectives of being a small business owner with experience buying and selling companies, as well as working with "Main Street", "Wall Street", and everyone in between.
