Joe has experience in commercial real estate where got his start in brokering businesses. He has a background in business management, and technology and has created a commercial real estate brokerage focused on Nassau and Suffolk counties in NY. His role includes developing business strategies, negotiating, and drafting lease proposals. He held a seat on the Board of Directors for the Long Island Commercial Network and became a certified real estate instructor for the NY Department of State. He has the designation of being Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified (CIREC). Additionally, Joe has significant entrepreneurial experience as the founder and CEO of companies in multiple vertical markets.
