Adam is the Managing Partner of VR Business Brokers of Charlotte, NC where his office been consistently ranked in the top 5 offices with the VR system across the country. He has helped small and mid-sized businesses in need of merger and acquisition, valuation and business sales services. Adam earned his Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association. He has also received his Certified Mergers & Acquisition Professional (CM&AP) certification from the M&A Source. Adam is an enthusiastic, caring and driven business professional committed to educating, and being an advocate for the Merger & Acquisition / Business Brokerage community. He is a proud and active member of the M&A Source, the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the Carolinas-Virginia Business Brokers Association (CVBBA), where he recently served as the organization’s President. In addition, Adam is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker.
