Sheryl Cromedy has over 30 years of business experience in both government and the private sector, She brings a wealth of expertise in business management, affordable housing, and real estate. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, and an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Technology. Her deep understanding of affordable housing and HUD guidelines has been further enhanced by her role as a Continuum of Care board member, where she contributes to strategic planning for housing stability and homelessness prevention.
