Daniel Popovich

Daniel Popovich comes to his current position with a range of experience in real estate and business which includes residential & commercial sales, business brokerage, and commercial & residential investment. Dan currently operates the commercial real estate & business brokerage business in Coldwell Banker’s Westlake office as an independent contractor. Prior to his career in real estate, Dan served his country in the United States Air Force with tours in Kuwait & Iraq. For nearly 15 years following his service, Dan worked in the Department of Veterans Affairs. After several promotions, he rose to the position of Chief Human Resources Director for the country’s second largest VA Medical Center. With a passion for and several investments in local real estate, Dan is excited to share what he’s learned about picking the right new asset and navigating the associated financial requirements based on each of his client’s unique business needs.
