As the current and previous owner of 3 businesses, he can identify the challenges that an owner faces in selling and operation of the business. He possesses the required licenses in Ontario to run the Brokerage, and provide M&A Advisory, and Business Brokerage Services. He holds an Engineering Degree and designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), and Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP), and is responsible for the day-to-day operation, management, and supervision of ProClient Brokers Inc., Brokerage and its Brokers and Agents.
