Alan Austin has worked full time in the Investment Banking industry since 2000. In 2006, Mr. Austin formed his own investment banking firm, Mt. Vista Capital, Inc. He has actively managed a wide variety of sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory engagements in a wide variety of industries from healthcare services, business services, manufacturing, retail, waste processing, distribution, financial service and IT services. Prior to this Mr. Austin worked as VP & Commercial Lending Officer at a national bank and was later assistant treasurer at a private equity owned medical products manufacturer and corporate treasurer at a publicly traded diversified media company. He works full time in the M&A advisory, business financing and business appraisal field.
