Jeffrey Harwell

Jeff Harwell is a Certified Valuation Analyst, Master Analyst in Financial Forensics, and Equipment Certified Appraiser with experience in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, business transitions, and operational consulting. He holds an M.B.A. from the Neeley School at Texas Christian University and a B.B.A. from the University of Texas. He is accredited by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and the Institute of Equipment Valuation. Jeff has been in financial and operational management for over forty-five years, serving in the roles of President, Chief Financial Officer, and Consulting Principal. However, his real talent is his ability to grasp opportunities and identify and solve problems. As a result, Jeff has completed several organizational turnarounds, owned two businesses that he started, and later transferred, and he often consults with business owners on profit improvement, organizational growth, exit planning, and business transition.
