Joe is the Founder of Prosperity Partners Consulting, Inc. Simultaneously, Joe runs Consilium Capital Group, a Private Equity Real Estate Fund with over $50 million of investment projects to their credit.
Having been involved with and responsible for many mergers and acquisitions of all sizes for himself and others, Joe's mantra when it comes to buying, selling, or merging companies is . . "it's all in the details!".
Previously, Joe spent 26 years at Verizon where he was Director of Marketing and Product Management.
Additionally, Joe has experience in Venture Capital, Supply Chain Management, and Real Estate Investing and Syndication. Joe is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has an MBA from Baylor University.
Joe is married and the proud father of three daughters with five grandchildren. Joe’s free time is spent flying his plane, riding motorcycles, cycling, scuba diving, snow skiing, or one of several other outdoor activities.
