Janae Chamblee

Janae Chamblee is the founder and co-owner of First Business Resources, Inc. Twenty-nine years of acquisition, disposition, financial advisory, and executive operating experience for both private and publicly held companies provide the business platform from which she serves her clients. Ms. Chamblee is a Fellow of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) with the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (“CBI”) and Lifetime CBI. Ms. Chamblee is a Board Certified Broker, Registered Business Agent and she holds a Texas Real Estate Broker License. Ms. Chamblee received her B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Tech University in 1980 and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Chamblee is an active member of several other professional organizations, including the International Business Brokers Association.
