Enrique Romero

Enrique is an accomplished business leader with a broad range of work experience. He has experienced blue-collar life through sacking grocery bags at the local supermarket in Odessa, Texas; sanding, hammering and scraping floors in construction, and repairing/welding skids for gas compressors in the oilfield industry as well as waiting tables in Dallas, Texas during his college years. He also has significant white-collar operations and management experience which include spending the last eight and half years heading up the Small Business Development Center as the Regional Director in Midland/Odessa. Prior to that, he worked with Bank of America in Global Consumer and Corporate & Investment Banking as Vice-President managing a $165MM portfolio of lower to middle-market companies.
