I’m the owner of SureStep Business Advisors, a boutique business brokerage specializing in helping retiring business owners sell to next-generation buyers, ensuring their businesses remain locally or family-owned. I launched SureStep Business Advisors after witnessing my father retire from his small business. He chose to close his business, a decision he ended up deeply regretting. This experience inspired me to help other business owners transition their businesses successfully by finding their ideal buyers and allowing them to leave their life’s work in a safe pair of hands. I am an accredited business intermediary and accredited small business consultant who also owned and operated an engineering business prior to joining the world of business brokerage.
