Pat grew up in the families grocery business and watched his other grandfather run his owner structural engineering firm and understands the dynamics of a small business operator. Being an entrepreneur is in his blood.
Pat and his wife bought a Budget Blinds Franchise that they owned and then sold after 14+ Years.
After selling their business in 2019, he looked back on the experience and was frustrated with the whole process. He decided to become a business broker and purchased a Murphy Business Sales Franchise to assist other business owners through the transition process.
Pat always puts his client’s needs and interests first and is known as being an excellent negotiator and helping both sides in a deal find the common ground needed to close a deal. Pat has closed over $15 Million in business and real estate transactions since 2020.
